Here we took an idea from conception to reality. This was a complete refurbishment and change of use.

NEW BUILD

Westbury Developments

The ‘Westbury’ development consisted of properties varying in sizes, ranging from two to five bedroom properties. Two of the buildings we built using quarried stone to conform to the existing architecture type in the local area.

TRADITIONAL SCREED

Sharrow Gardens

Hatley Screeding Division were tasked with taking on a complex screeding. The area to be completed covered a total of 2,000m².

TILING

Canterbury House

Hatley Groups Tiling Division worked on a refurbishment project for Canterbury House. Works included the tiling of toilets and rest rooms through-out the building.

ROOFING

Dudley region

The works undertaken consist of stripping the roofs and strengthening to structural members to a compliant spec, then re-tiling with new concrete tiles, slate or felt.

FLOORING

Blavatnik Building (Oxford University)

We directly managed the installation of over 6000sqm of highly specified timber flooring, underfloor heating and screed installation.

LIQUID SCREED

Clifton Rd Apartments

This job comprised of a block of 12 flats.  We were enlisted to undertake their liquid screeding package. In total we installed 750m2.
